 Ready to grow your career in sales?
We’re looking for energetic, motivated, and people-driven individuals to join our team as Telesales & Sales Development Executives. This is an onsite role where you’ll engage customers through outbound calls, build lasting relationships, and help drive business growth in Malaysia and Singapore.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to engage potential customers/donors with a friendly, positive approach.
  • Pitch, upsell, and convert leads into long-term supporters and clients.
  • Handle objections confidently and close deals.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads (via calls, emails, and follow-ups).
  • Qualify leads and set up appointments with decision-makers, including C-level executives.
  • Keep accurate records in the CRM system and share insights to improve customer experience.
  • Work closely with a supportive team, guided by coaching and training.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements and take part in exciting marketing activities.

  


Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Min SPM / O-Levels / STPM (Diploma preferred).
  • 2 years’ experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales, however fresh graduates are welcomed to apply 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
  • Confident, empathetic, and customer-focused.
  • Able to multitask, manage time well, and adapt quickly.
  • A fast learner with a growth mindset and openness to feedback.
