Who Can Apply?

  • Female candidates only
     
  • Diploma/Degree students in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin or related fields
     
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Google Workspace
     
  • Well-organised, responsible & good time management
     
  • Able to handle documents confidentially
     
  • Detail-oriented, positive & eager to learn
     
  • Good communication in BM & English
     
  • Able to commit minimum 4 months (full-time internship)

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist with daily admin & clerical tasks
     
  • Help with invoices, filing & payment tracking
     
  • Maintain HR & financial records
     
  • Data entry using Excel / SQL
     
  • Support office supplies & staff requests
     
  • Assist in document preparation & reporting
     
  • Help manage employee records, claims & leave
     
  • Support audit & month-end closing tasks

Job Requirements

 

  • Diploma/Degree in HR / Business Admin or related field
     
  • 1–2 years HR experience (fresh graduates welcome)
     
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment & HR processes
     
  • Familiar with Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO & EIS
     
  • Able to handle HR documents confidently & confidentially
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
     
  • Good communication in BM & English
     
  • Organised, responsible & able to work independently or in a team
     
  • Experience in attendance, leave & basic payroll is a plus
