Job Description
- Assist in managing social media platforms (Instagram,TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Support content planning, scheduling, and posting activities
- Assist in creating marketing materials, captions, and campaign content
- Monitor social media engagement and performance
- Support e-commerce operations and online store management
- Assist in updating product listings, promotions, and website content
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Support digital advertising and campaign execution
- Assist with reporting and administrative tasks related to digital operations
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in:
- Digital Marketing
- Business Administration
- Marketing
- Mass Communication
- Multimedia
- E-Commerce
- Or related fields
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Familiar with social media platforms and digital trends
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
