Job Description

 Key Responsibilities

A. Sales Floor Operations

  • Assist with customer flow management, especially during peak hours.
     
  • Support CX Advisors in attending to customers when needed.
     
  • Monitor fitting room usage, queue, and customer assistance.
     
  • Ensure store environment is neat, organised, and ready at all times.
     

B. Store Readiness & Visual Merchandising

  • Assist in daily opening and closing routines.
     
  • Ensure display shelves, mannequins, and product arrangements follow store standards.
     
  • Support in refreshing display during restock or new arrivals.
     
  • Conduct quick checks to maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store area.
     

C. Stock Handling (In-Store)

  • Assist in receiving stock from warehouse (unpack, tag, sort).
     
  • Ensure products are correctly labelled, tagged, and neatly arranged.
     
  • Support in replenishing stock on the sales floor.
     
  • Assist in monitoring low-stock alerts for fast-moving items.
     

D. Inventory & Backroom Support

  • Help maintain an organised backroom/stockroom.
     
  • Support inventory count (daily, weekly, or monthly).
     
  • Update stock movement records (in/out) into the system or manual trackers.
     
  • Report any stock discrepancies to the Store Supervisor/Operations Executive.
     

E. Customer Experience Support

  • Guide customers to products, fitting rooms, or cashier when needed.
     
  • Handle simple enquiries politely.
     
  • Support CX Advisors especially during crowd situations and events.
     
  • Ensure customers have a smooth and pleasant in-store experience.
     

F. Operational Coordination

  • Assist with coordination between store, warehouse, and Operations team.
     
  • Support store events (launching, new arrivals, promotions).
     
  • Help prepare materials, signage, and on-ground logistics.
     

G. Ad-hoc & Support Tasks

  • Perform tasks assigned by Store Manager or Operations team.
     
  • Assist in emergency/urgent tasks such as urgent receiving, floor rearrangement, or event prep.

Job Requirements

 Requirements

  • Studying Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management, Operations or similar field.
     
  • Good communication and customer interaction skills.
     
  • Physically active and able to stand/move for long periods.
     
  • Fast learner and willing to be hands-on.
     
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow SOPs.
     
  • Willing to work weekends if required (based on store schedule).
