Job Description

 Key Responsibilities

A. Daily Operational Support

  • Assist in monitoring daily store/warehouse operations.
     
  • Support coordination between CX, BX, Warehouse, and Operations team.
     
  • Help track staff attendance, schedules, and task assignments.
     
  • Assist in preparing daily/weekly operational reports.
     

B. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination

  • Support inventory processes including stock-in, stock-out, and stock checks.
     
  • Assist in receiving stock, tagging, and preparing items for store/live.
     
  • Help update inventory records and highlight discrepancies.
     
  • Work with Warehouse team to maintain proper stock arrangement.
     

C. Retail Operations Support

  • Assist with floor operations during peak hours (customer flow, queue management).
     
  • Support launching events, campaigns, and store activities.
     
  • Monitor the cleanliness, display arrangement, and store readiness.
     
  • Ensure operation SOPs are followed at all times.
     

D. Process & Data Tracking

  • Help with data collection for operational efficiency monitoring (e.g., stock movement, customer flow, DS traffic).
     
  • Assist in analysing workflow issues and propose improvements.
     
  • Support the team in updating internal trackers (Google Sheets, Excel, Operation Dashboard).
     

E. Coordination & Communication

  • Assist in communicating updates to relevant departments (CX, BX, Warehouse, Marketing).
     
  • Support the preparation of memos, announcements, and internal communication drafts.
     
  • Participate in meetings and prepare simple minutes if needed.
     

F. Event & Project Support

  • Assist in event preparation (product launching, photo/video sessions, marketing events).
     
  • Coordinate logistics, manpower, and materials needed.
     
  • Help ensure smooth execution from start to end.
     

G. Ad-hoc Tasks

  • Assist with urgent tasks assigned by Operations Executive or Management.
     
  • Support cross-functional tasks when needed (CX floor support, receiving stock, live support).

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Retail Management or related field.
     
  • Strong coordination and organisational skills.
     
  • Fast learner and able to adapt to operational challenges.
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Sheets and basic reporting.
     
  • Good communication skills and able to work with multiple departments.
     
  • Willing to be hands-on and work on-ground when required.
