Job Description

Key Responsibilities

A. Inventory Management

  • Assist in monitoring stock levels, stock movement, and replenishment.
     
  • Support daily cycle count, weekly stock check, and monthly inventory audit.
     
  • Update and maintain inventory records in system/trackers.
     
  • Report stock discrepancies, damage, or missing items to the supervisor.
     

B. Warehouse Operations Support

  • Assist in receiving incoming goods (unloading, checking, tagging).
     
  • Help with sorting and organising products in the warehouse.
     
  • Support picking, packing, tagging, and labelling activities.
     
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and proper arrangement.
     

C. Stock Distribution & Logistics

  • Assist in preparing stock for transfer to retail store or live team.
     
  • Coordinate with Ops, CX, BX, and warehouse on item movements.
     
  • Help monitor delivery schedule, shipment arrangement, and driver coordination.
     
  • Assist in tracking delivery status for internal and external shipments.
     

D. Supply Chain Documentation

  • Assist in preparing delivery orders (DO), stock transfer forms, GRN, and inventory documents.
     
  • Update stock-in/stock-out documentation accurately.
     
  • Maintain proper filing (physical & digital) of logistics and supply chain records.
     

E. Data Tracking & Reporting

  • Support preparation of daily/weekly reports (stock movement, shipment status, receiving summary).
     
  • Assist in tracking lead time, item movement speed, and demand patterns.
     
  • Help analyse basic supply chain performance for improvement suggestions.
     

F. Supplier Coordination (Basic Level)

  • Assist with communication to suppliers regarding delivery schedule or product ETA.
     
  • Support the consolidation of supplier invoices, packing lists, and product details.
     

G. Cross-Department Support

  • Work closely with Operations, Retail, Warehouse, E-Commerce and Finance to ensure smooth operations.
     
  • Assist with urgent tasks such as stock urgent requests, live restock, store replenishment.
     

H. Ad-hoc Tasks

  • Support any urgent operational or logistics-related assignments instructed by management.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Currently studying Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business or related field.
     
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills.
     
  • Physically active, able to handle warehouse environment.
     
  • Good communication & teamwork skills.
     
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
     
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, disciplined, and fast learner.
