As an Operational Intern you will act as the backbone of daily operations, helping move stock accurately from receiving to store shelves and keeping our retail and e-commerce teams able to serve customers on time.

Your Growth & Impact

• Build hands-on experience in inventory control, receiving, picking, packing, and basic warehouse processes.
• Sharpen reporting and spreadsheet skills by preparing daily and weekly stock movement and shipment summaries.
• Expand your cross-team collaboration by coordinating with retail, e-commerce, and logistics on live restocks and transfers.
• Position yourself for future operational roles by documenting workflows and suggesting practical process improvements.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

• You will receive, count and move incoming stock accurately so items are ready for store shelves and online orders.
• You will pick, pack and prepare shipments carefully to help deliveries arrive on time and reduce mistakes.
• You will follow basic warehouse procedures and safety practices to keep the area organised and efficient.

Reporting & Data

• You will prepare daily and weekly stock movement and shipment summaries using spreadsheets so teams stay informed.
• You will maintain simple inventory records and flag discrepancies for fast review and correction.

Cross-team Coordination & Process Improvement

• You will coordinate with retail, e-commerce and logistics on restocks and transfers to maintain product availability.
• You will document current workflows and suggest practical process improvements to make daily operations smoother.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently studying for a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business or a related field.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for preparing reports and tracking stock movement.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills to manage inventory flow and identify issues promptly.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Good communication and teamwork skills to work closely with retail, e-commerce and logistics colleagues.
• Physically active and able to work in a warehouse environment, with strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Disciplined and a fast learner who follows procedures and adapts to new workflows quickly.
