We are looking for MALE CANDIDATES who are ready to learn fast and help our shelves stay organised? Working with us at She Dazzle Empire Sdn Bhd means joining a close knit retail team that designs and sells fashion-forward pieces for women. We run boutique and online operations, and we value practical skills, steady hands, and a friendly attitude.

As an intern you will help build reliable warehouse routines and simplify how stock moves from delivery to customer. This is a hands-on role where you will learn inventory control, packing standards, and order flows so our operations scale with care and accuracy.

Your Growth & Impact

• Build practical warehouse experience through daily handling of incoming stock and outgoing orders.
• Develop inventory skills using basic stock systems and Excel to track counts and locations.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Inventory Operations

• Receive and inspect deliveries, verify quantities against invoices, and report any discrepancies.
• Label and store stock in assigned locations following our organisation system.
• Perform regular stock counts and help reconcile physical counts with system records.
• Help maintain a tidy, safe warehouse so items are easy to find and dispatch.

Order Fulfilment & Packing

• Pick items accurately for customer orders and prepare them with correct packing standards.
• Pack orders securely and attach shipping labels, ensuring items meet quality checks before dispatch.
• Support same day order processing during peak periods to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate with courier partners and help prepare handover documentation when needed.

Process Support & Teamwork

• Use basic digital tools like Google Sheets and simple inventory apps to update stock movements.
• Communicate clearly with the sales and customer service teams about stock availability.
• Suggest small improvements to daily routines and help trial better ways of working.
• Assist with light maintenance such as shelf organisation and basic equipment checks.

Requirements - MALE CANDIDATES

Qualifications & Experience

• Recent college student internship program, interested in retail operations. No prior warehouse experience required.
• Able to commit to the internship schedule and work some standing or lifting tasks safely for a shift.
• Basic numeracy for counting and checking invoices, with attention to accuracy.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for simple data entry and counts.
• Comfortable using barcode scanners, mobile devices, or entry-level inventory apps.
• Knowledge of basic packing methods and care for fragile items is a plus but not required.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions and keep clear handover notes.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a small team with positive attitude.
• Good communication and willingness to ask questions when unsure.
• Attention to detail and pride in getting orders right for customers.
• Physical stamina for light lifting and standing, and a safety first mindset.
