Job Description
- Receipt-related tasks, ensuring accurate recording and proper filing of documents.
- Write off billed disbursement/fees and unbilled disbursements
- Perform reconciliation of accounts in timely manner.
- Assist in creditor invoice posting
- Disbursement voucher checking
- Trust balance monitoring
- File management
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent2-3 years relevant experience
- Good personality and positive working attitudes.
- Good communication skills (verbally and in writing)
