As our Senior Shipping and Logistics Executive on Penang Island, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly, from warehouse management to final delivery. Responsibilities

Shipping Operations

• Coordinate daily shipping and freight schedules to help us maintain a reliable and efficient delivery timeline.
• Manage customs documentation and clearance processes, allowing you to ensure compliance and avoid any costly delays.

Logistics Coordination

• Monitor inventory levels and warehouse movements so that we can together maintain optimal stock efficiency.
• Liaise with external transporters and freight forwarders, helping us secure the best shipping rates and routes.

Process Optimization

• Identify areas for improvement in our current logistics framework to help us reduce operational costs and enhance service delivery.
• Track and report on key logistics metrics, allowing you to present actionable insights to the management team.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Malaysian citizen.
• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Penang Island.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Literary proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with our Mandarin-speaking suppliers and partners.
• Strong understanding of import and export procedures, freight forwarding, and customs regulations.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Highly organized and detail-oriented to handle complex shipping documentation accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to navigate unexpected logistics challenges gracefully.
• Strong team player who communicates clearly and collaborates effectively across different departments.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary range of RM 3,800 to RM 4,500 based on experience.
