Job Description
- To handle Export shipment activity with regards to documentation and coordinator
- Deliver accurate information/pre-alerts to oversea agents
- Handle and monitor invoicing by verifying bills
- To assist Sales team and Operation Manager
- Generate monthly sales report and job costing for the management
- Coordinate closely to ensure deliveries are dispatched in timely manner
- Any other adhoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM
- Basic computer knowledge required for Microsoft office applications
- 1-2 years of experience working freight forwarding companies will be preferred
- Required language : English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to learn fast and pays attention to details
- Candidate who can start work immediate will given priority
