Job Description
- To handle Import shipment activity with regards to documentation and coordinator for FCL/co-loading/consol/forwarding
- Submit manifest & releasing DO on timely basic.
- Delivery (transportation) arrangement
- Handle and monitor invoicing by verifying bills.
- Working closely with assigned team partner.
- Generate monthly sales report and job costing or the management.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM level
- Basic computer knowledge required for Microsoft Office applications
- 1-2 years of experience working freight forwarder companies will be preferred
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Responsible, organized and good coordination skills
- Experience liaising with shipping lines and agents
