1.  Handling full spectrum payroll
2. Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of an organization.
3. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
4. Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
5. Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
6. Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
7. Schedule or conduct new employee orientations.
8. Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
9. Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. More than 2 years of experience in an HR role 
3. Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.
4. Knowledgeable in labor laws and statutory compliance.
5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
6. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
7. Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
