<li>Provide professional and dedicated service to our Fulfill by Shopee partners to ensure good warehousing and last-mile standards</li>
<li>Manage and reconcile all FBS supplier-warehouse disputes  </li>
<li>Push for assortment expansion to increase the share of daily orders for FBS shops</li>
<li>Responsible for calculating and billing monthly service fees  </li>
<li>Understand internal data structure and data sources in order to assist in data pulling to facilitate data analysis needed to improve workflow and make informed decision</li>
<li>Possess the ability to troubleshoot logistics-related issues and liaise with the technical team in resolving them</li>
</ul>
