Job Description
- Support the team by executing all administrative duties and operational duties.
- Support the team with review and gatekeeping of documentation of marketing packages and solutions at the seller level and finalising post-campaign reports
- Working with Finance team to manage accounts receivable and payment matters relating to sellers and the marketing solutions team
- Liaise with other internal teams (as and when required) to ensure the smooth execution of administrative and operational duties.
- Other ad hoc tasks as needed
Job Requirements
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage
- Independent and flexible to take on new tasks
