What Will You Be Doing:
- As part of our go-to-market strategies for our own payment solution SHOPLINE Payments (FPX and Credit/Debit card), your primary day to day task would be to reach out to existing merchants to introduce, promote and help them adopt SHOPLINE Payments.
- Accurately record details of merchants feedback in regards to their request or pain points.
- Pro-actively following up with the merchants to offer assistance in product demonstrations and helping them to set up their payment option with SHOPLINE Payments.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily/monthly targets with respect to call volume and conversion for our adoption rate.
- From time to time, you will be assisting the team to:
a) Craft relevant product or feature related assets such as update release decks, guidebooks and tutorial videos.
b) To conduct market research on our competitors.
c) Deep dive to test and understand our new products or features that are being launched for the Malaysian market.

Job Requirements
What Are The Requirements:
- Able to start ASAP!
- Preferably an eCommerce and tech enthusiast, someone who is passionate about new tools and technologies.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. But must have a strong confidence level to communicate with merchants (our clients) from all levels. Someone who is also able to step into the shoes of a client to understand their pain points or challenges.
- Good communication skills with a kind heart. You are someone who has the patience, kindness and the ability to navigate across tough situations.
- Excellent organizational and problems-solving skills
- Effective communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Bonus:
a) This role is for someone ideally with a background in business management or finance/accounting but this is not compulsory.
b) Possess basic Microsoft Excel skills and be able to interpret and manage basic data.
