Duties & Responsibilities

  • - Consolidate monthly payroll reports, including KPI, unpaid leave, OT, and expense claims, and submit to the FSO Lead for sign-off.
  • - Manage administrative coordination between the CD and Jump teams for merchandisers, including resignations, new hires, public holidays, Rymnet app matters, and other HR-related matters.
  • - Coordinate basic team administration, including T-shirt and HRDC coordination and distribution to merchandisers and the CD team.
  • - Maintain and update monthly KPI reports.
  • - Assist with CD reporting and administrative documentation for CP DSR Insurance, including onboarding and claims.

    Job Requirements

  • - Minimum Diploma qualification, or SPM with at least 1 year of working experience.
  • - Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience, especially in FMCG or a similar industry.
  • - Experience in payroll administration will be an added advantage.
  • - Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
  • - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel/Google Sheets and Google Slides.
  • - Strong interest in reporting, data analysis, and handling numbers.
  • - Good attention to detail and able to prepare reports accurately and promptly.
  • - Responsible, committed, and able to work independently.
  • - Proactive with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
