Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the team (GE, SEC & GM) to ensure smooth operational back end work flow
• Preparation and compilation of periodic reports – MsPowerPoint / MsExcel
• Consolidation of claims for timely monthly submission
• Coordination of meeting schedules and related areas – flights and accommodation booking
Requirements:
• At least a SPM / “O” level or higher
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field
• Experience in other related industries are welcome
• Ability to work independently
• Good communication skills/ interpersonal skills
• Positive working attitude
• Proactive
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Great team player
• Understand spoken and written English, Mandarin & BM
