Role
Duties & Responsibilities
- Stock replenishment & daily OOS check at all touch point
- Stock rotation (FIFO) & inventory check
- Product hygiene & cleanliness
- Merchandising standards/guideline to maintain / defend Brand SOS
- Perfect execution & HQ compliance with strong ownership
- Maintain good relationship with outlet personnel
- Quality call coverage + implement quality BCP store visit standard process
- Prompting urgent & critical issues for immediate solutions
- Timely & excellence promotion execution - Setup , price & maintain display
- POSM deployment & disposal
- Accurate report tracking / on field data collection via FFAS - OOS, freshness, promo compliance, feedback and etc as aligned
- To achieve agreed sales volume through sales ordering in the stores?
- To negotiate for better shelves facing and/or display area ?
Job Requirements
- Minimum 'N' Levels
- Detailed with good time management
- Able to communicate and understand English
- Able to carry around 15kg of items
- Willing to travel island-wide
