- To conduct product/soft skills training to clients and stakeholders
- To attend/support new product launching events
- Able to drive training initiatives and projects assigned
- Able to quickly learn new technology, practices, adjust based on market needs, and drive new and updated programs
- Able to work as a team player and also independently with minimal supervision
- Able to analyze problems and provide strategies and solutions for improvement
- Able to motivate and influence team members
- Facilitate training sessions on product knowledge and soft skills for clients and stakeholders
- Actively participate and provide support for new productlaunching-relatedevents
- Able to drive training initiatives and projects assigned

Job Requirements
Requirement:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or a related field.
- 1~3 years of working experience in the related field is required for these positions
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required
