Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome walk-in customers.
- Handle check-in/check-out of devices forr epair or servicing.
- Answer inquiries about Huawei products, warranty, and services.
- Update customers on repair progress, charges, and timelines.

- Administration & System Work
