Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets and oversee daily store operations.
- Supervise retail operations including stock inventory and merchandising deployment.
- Coordinate store image upgrades, visual merchandising, and in-store activities.
- Provide consultation on products and services, manage service quality, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead a small team of promoters across promoter and non-promoter stores.
- Support roadshows, promotions, and events.
- Drive productivity and innovation initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with dealers and partners and provide operational support.
Job Requirements
Job Requirement:
- Candidates must possess at least SPM/STPM above, anyfield
- At least 1 years’ experience in mobile retail industry
- Language Proficiency:Fluent in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia is required
