Job Description
Roles & Requirements:
- Provide / conduct training to consumers (pre/ post purchase)
- Attend to shopper enquiries and provide benefit sales presentation
- Actively promote accessories range of product to complement the primary product.
- Participate or initiative store briefing to provide product knowledge or sales talk recap
- Complete weekly consumer training report with key activities and training numbers
- Radiate positive energy and communicate professionally as well as maintaining effective communication.
- Support Master Trainer, Store Manager and peers in driving towards Samsung’s objective.

Requirements:
- Qualification:At least an SPM Certificate
- 1 year working experience in a related field (retail sales experience is an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in other related industries are welcome
- Process good leadership & Management Skills
- Ability to successfully communicate – both verbally and in writing, follow through and result oriental
