Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

• Establish good business relationship with the customer and their employees

• Familiarize with the know the Store Directors, Receiving Clerk and Assistant Store Directors and Managers

• Know the content of the Merchandiser Store List

• Clean display areas on needed as basic

• Make sure that current promotions are in effect in all stores and notify supervisor if of any issues

• Demonstrate and explain products, methods or services in order to persuade customers to purchase products

or utilize services

• Identify interested and qualified customers in order to provide them with additional information

• Keep areas neat while working and return items to correct locations after demonstrations

• Practice demonstrations and ensure that they will run smoothly

• Prepare and alter presentation content to target specific audiences

• Responsible for the training of the whole product, and improve the sales professionalism of the store sales

staff.

• Deliver good after sales service to consumer

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Possess at least SPM and proven experience as a sales promoter, sales representative, or similar role – Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Possess ability of excellent communication and interpersonal skills in local language.

To possess sound knowledge of digital products and strong customer service orientation to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.

Willing to work on shift – including public holiday and able to work independently as part of a team
