Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
• Establish good business relationship with the customer and their employees

• Familiarize with the know the Store Directors, Receiving Clerk and Assistant Store Directors and Managers
• Know the content of the Merchandiser Store List
• Clean display areas on needed as basic
• Make sure that current promotions are in effect in all stores and notify supervisor if of any issues
• Demonstrate and explain products, methods or services in order to persuade customers to purchase products
or utilize services
• Identify interested and qualified customers in order to provide them with additional information
• Keep areas neat while working and return items to correct locations after demonstrations
• Practice demonstrations and ensure that they will run smoothly
• Prepare and alter presentation content to target specific audiences
• Responsible for the training of the whole product, and improve the sales professionalism of the store sales
staff.
• Deliver good after sales service to consumer
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Possess at least SPM and proven experience as a sales promoter, sales representative, or similar role – Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possess ability of excellent communication and interpersonal skills in local language.
- To possess sound knowledge of digital products and strong customer service orientation to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
- Willing to work on shift – including public holiday and able to work independently as part of a team
