Job Description

• Handle a full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, journals, etc.)
  
  
• Input and manage accounting records using UBS software
  
  
• Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports and statements
  
  
• Monitor company cash flow, petty cash, and expense claims
  
  
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records
  
  
• Assist in audit preparation and liaise with external auditors or tax agents
  
  
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
   

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience handling full sets of accounts
  
  
• Proficiency in UBS Accounting Software is a plus
  
  
• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin
  
  
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  
  
• Attention to details: Accuracy is key in numbers, reporting, and documentation.
  
  
• Time Management: Able to meet reporting deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
