Job Description
📌 Position: Accounts Executive (Junior)
📍 Location: Puchong
(💬 You may request 90% WFH once you get familiar with handling all the accounts)
🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:30pm ; Saturday & Sunday | 1-2hour (Approve Payment)
💰 Salary Range: RM3,300 – RM4,000
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting activities, including ledger updates, journal entries, and debit/credit postings.
- Prepare and maintain basic financial records; assist with month-end closing processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions.
- Maintain proper documentation and organized filing of accounting and supporting records.
- Assist in preparing accounting reports and financial statements as needed.
- Work closely with management to support efficient and smooth finance operations.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Able to speak and read Mandarin to handle documents/communications as required.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, including ledgers, journal entries, debit and credit.
- Experience in handling full set of accounts will be an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
Employment Benefits
- Annual Leave: 12 days per year

- Medical Allowance: RM600 per year (eligible after completing 1 year of service)
