Shopulse is seeking a Customer Service Specialist (Sales) to support our live chats and messages on all of our sales e-commerce platforms to ensure customers inquiries are answered and sales are fulfilled in a timely, efficient manner.

The ideal candidate is a go-getter, who wants to make an impact in everything s/he does, maintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. 

This job makes you the key player in maintaining our company's identity and reputation. It is your role to provide our customers with a pleasurable and gratifying shopping experience with us!

Your day-to-day will look like this:

  • To respond in a professional and timely manner to any customer query/complaint on e-commerce marketplaces, webstore, and brand social media accounts.
  • To assist customers with their orders, requirements, after-sales service issues and feedback.
  • To follow-up on all customer requests to ensure all pending issues are resolved as soon as possible.
  • To respond on completed orders, orders’ rating in a professional manner and to follow up on any dissatisfied customers and orders.
  • To update and maintain a list of FAQs, standard comment and reply.
  • Stay abreast of company's range of products to ensure customers are always assisted efficiently.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Other related ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

What will make you a successful candidate

  • Holds at least a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additionals like Mandarin would be great but not compulsory!)
  • Strong interpersonal skills (responsibility, teamwork, dependability, empathy, negotiation)
  • Passionate and enthusiastic in delivering the finest customer service
  • Excellent prioritization skills and attention to detail
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and excellent management skills
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experienced in customer service eCommerce field - an advantage
