90% Work From Home
10% In-person meetups for meetings or bonding sessions

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment tasks, including job postings, screening, and arranging interviews
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave applications
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
• Support basic payroll matters and statutory submissions
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing and office supply coordination
• Provide overall support to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist in organizing and hosting company events or staff activities, as required

Job Requirements

• Must be able to communicate fluently in both Chinese and English (spoken and written)
• Possesses prior working experience or skillset in Human Resources
• Preferably a female candidate to maintain team diversity balance
• Demonstrates good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Able to handle confidential information with integrity
• Familiar with Google Sheets and basic HR tools
