Job Description

 As process engineering intern, you will be part of the process & applications engineering team and will work closely together with the process team. The role will be responsible for supporting /preparing proposals for water and wastewater treatment plants  

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Participate and present in Internal/external meetings if required (Bid Clarifications) 
• Support site visits during bid stage  
• Maintain good communication with all stakeholders and provide visibility on direction and results. 
• Assist Lab works (if required)  
• Vendor co-ordination in getting quotes  
• Multi-disciple co-ordination in getting the required information  
• Adaptability to work with various Gradiant entities when required 
• Work on heat and material balance, Sizing of equipment, utility, and softening calculations. (Guidance will be provided as required) 
• Able to learn and prepare BFD, PFD, PIDs and Lay out as required. 
• Preparing Equipment list, piping / valve/ Instrument, Line list etc. (Guidance will be provided as required) 

Job Requirements

• Chemical Engineering/Environmental Engineering / Diploma Fresh graduates or 1-4th Year of Poly /University students. 
• Enthusiastic in learning water/ water and wastewater technologies 
• Excellent analytical thinking, quick learning, teamwork, interpersonal/communication skills, writing and problem-solving capabilities. 
• Reliable, able to take initiative, well-organized and detail oriented 
• Knowledge of AutoCAD 2-D is advantage  
• Good proficiency in English (writing, speaking) is advantage  
• Applicants must be willing to travel as and when required to site
