As a WWTP Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our treatment systems run smoothly, meeting both quality and compliance standards every day. We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented team player who takes pride in operating and maintaining vital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) systems efficiently and safely.
Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting on pumps, analyzers, and other plant equipment.
Monitor operational data and system performance using SCADA control systems.
Conduct water sampling, testing, and accurate documentation of water quality data.
Inspect systems regularly, identify issues early, and resolve them promptly.
Maintain complete and accurate operation logs, reports, and compliance records.
Handle and store chemicals in line with strict safety protocols.
Support engineers/managers with operational tasks and site requirements.
Manage administrative tasks such as site logs, daily task sheets, and stock records.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of WWTP processes, control logic, and electrical systems.
Able to perform equipment maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with water sampling and analysis procedures.
Physically fit and willing to work in a plant environment.
