Your Mission

You’ll own the frontlines of our growth.

Every day, people visit our site, sign up for info, or show up at our events, curious but unsure.

Your job is to guide, understand, and close them into becoming paying students.

You’ll master both:

• Online sales funnels: follow up with leads who sign up online.
• Offline sales events: represent Sigma School at career fairs, expos, and live events.

You’ll help people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives & get rewarded generously for it.

What Success Looks Like

✅ You consistently close leads from our online funnel (50–100+ new sign-ups weekly).

✅ You help people feel heard and confident in choosing Sigma School.

✅ You turn feedback into improvement. Every week you’re sharper, faster, and better.

✅ You hit your personal sales targets and push the company toward RM100M vision.

What You’ll Do

• Follow up with online sign-ups and convert them into paying students.
• Attend and lead in-person sales events, workshops, and expos.
• Manage your CRM pipeline. Track leads, follow-ups, conversions.
• Understand customer psychology. Uncover what’s really holding them back.
• Work closely with the marketing team to optimize funnel conversion rates.
• Continuously learn. Scripts, funnels, objection handling, psychology.

Job Requirements

• Strong communication (spoken + written). English. Bahasa/Mandarin/Tamil bonus.
• Experience in sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles preferred (but not required).
• Fast thinker, faster learner. Can adapt and problem-solve on the fly.
• Self-starter. Doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
• Emotionally intelligent. Can empathize, not just sell.
• Comfortable using tools like CRM, WhatsApp, Notion, Airtable, or Make.com.
• Hungry for both impact and income. Wants to grow fast in a startup environment.
