- Assist in developing and maintaining the monthly social media content calendar.
- Develop content concepts, scripts, captions, and creative assets based on current trends and brand direction.
- Shoot and edit short-form video content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Rednote.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement, and identify opportunities to build stronger community interaction.
- Measure and report performance of all social media campaigns.
- Responsible for all social media advertisements to generate potential leads and sales.
- Be part of the marketing team in proposing marketing ideas based on the campaigns or projects assigned.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, designers, retail teams, and other departments to execute campaigns and social media initiatives.
- Support on-ground activities, events, launches, and other marketing projects when required.
- Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Mass Communiation, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good English and Mandarin content creation skills, with a strong sense of creativity and storytelling.
- Basic photography, videography, and video editing skills. Familiarity with editing apps and AI tools is a plus.
- Actively posting on social media is a plus.
- Malaysian only.
Candidates are required to provide a portfolio in their resume showcasing their previous marketing, social media, content creation, or related work. Include contents that you were involved in all process from scripting, shooting to editing.
Salary Range : RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
