Job Description

1. Plan and produce engaging, shareable and compelling TikTok content that resonates with our audience.
2. Support the daily management of our TikTok official accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring as well as analyzing performance metrics to guide future strategies.
3. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, especially on TikTok, and suggest creative ideas to enhance our social media presence and overall marketing initiatives.
4. Assist with various marketing-related tasks as needed and undertake additional duties assigned from time to time, ensuring a flexible and proactive approach to support the team’s objectives.
5. Responsible for hosting LIVE sessions to engage with audiences, promote products / services, and enhance brand visibility.
6. Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.

Job Requirements

 Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Marketing or its equivalent.
2. Fluent in speaking and writing Malay & English.
3. Possess good visual and video editing skills.
4. Deep understanding of TikTok’s features, trends, and user behaviour.
5. Understand TikTok content regulation will be an added advantage.
6. Resourceful, meeting deadlines, ability to work independently & good team player.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Female millennial Malays/Malay speakers who likes makeup is preferable (to cater to Malay market audience).
9. Active on personal TikTok account is preferable.
10. Malaysian only.

 
Salary Range : RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
