Job Description:

• Assist the Retail Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple retail branches.
• Ensure all retail outlets adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate and execute promotional activities, sales campaigns, and in-store events to drive sales performance.
• Provide guidance, support, and coaching to store managers and retail staff to achieve sales targets and maintain service standards.
• Monitor store performance, including sales results, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
• Assist in training and developing retail staff to improve productivity, customer service, and overall performance.
• Promote a positive, productive, and motivating work environment across all branches.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.
• Ensure all outlets maintain high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and product presentation.
• Uphold and enhance customer service standards across all retail branches.
• Assist in preparing and presenting reports on store performance, sales trends, and operational challenges.
• Analyze sales and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and business growth.
• Work closely with the Retail Manager to develop and implement retail strategies and action plans.
• Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Male candidate preferred.
• At least 1 year of working experience in retail operations, retail supervision, or a related field.
• Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel within Klang Valley, including Setia City Mall.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
• 5 working days per week. 2 rest days on weekdays.
• Training will be provided.
• Malaysian only.

Salary range : Basic Salary + Commissions + Allowances + OT + EPF + SOCSO
