Job Description

  1.  Carrying out the day-to-day HR activities of an organization.
  2. Maintaining the accuracy of employee files & databases.
  3. Assisting the implementation of company policies.
  4. Prepare Letters / Documents / Reports etc.
  5. Assist with all aspects of daily HR operations including recruitment, interviews, onboarding, payroll, Foreign Workers, KPI, Disciplinary, etc.
  6. Prepare, and update process flow and SOP.
  7. To be involved in employee engagement initiatives to create a WOW and meaningful employee experience.
  8. To executive people & culture initiatives, including employee engagement and culture building, learning and development, and performance management. 
  9. Coordinate and participate in company events/programs/projects.
  10. Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.

Job Requirements

  1.  Candidate must possess at least Diploma in HR or equivalent.
  2. Explore Malaysia HR groups & forums on social media for a better understanding of the challenges and dynamics that you may encounter in your HR career journey and be prepared for them. 
  3. Responsible, smart, aggressive, result-driven, detail-oriented.
  4. Resourceful, meeting deadlines, ability to work independently & good team player.
  5. Able to demonstrate professional work ethic.
  6. Good time management & stress management.
  7. Willing to stand by all the time for ad hoc stuff.
  8. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin ; to effectively communicate with candidates.
  9. Required Skill(s): Communication Skills, Multi-lingua, Mixed well with all levels of employees.
  10. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and able to work in a team.
  11. Final-year student who is in their final semester only.
  12. Interested in continuing as a full-time employee.
  13. Must be age 18 and above and Malaysian citizen.
  14. Minimum 4 months of internship.

Allowance : RM700.00 per month
