1. Take charge of handling all aspects of the company website, including content updates, image uploads, and ensuring its overall functionality.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate the implementation of website changes related to promotions, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
3. Resolve website-related issues promptly and efficiently.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and engage suitable influencers for promotional campaigns.
5. Coordinate all aspects of influencer projects, including negotiation of contracts, shipment of promotional materials, and monitoring deliverables.
6. Pay meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of your work, ensuring that content, graphics, and other elements align with the company's brand standards.
7. Conduct thorough reviews of marketing materials to identify and rectify any errors or inconsistencies.
8. Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.

Job Requirements

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Marketing or its equivalent.
2. Demonstrate a proactive approach in managing tasks and projects to ensure they are completed within established timelines.
3. Be adaptable and ready to take on various ad hoc tasks that may arise in the dynamic field of marketing.
4.  Assist in the coordination and execution of special marketing initiatives, events, or projects as needed.
5. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet unexpected demands and challenges.
6. Willing to standby all the time for adhoc stuff.
7. Well versed in English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin.
8. Resourceful, Independent, Fast Learner, Result-driven and self-motivated.
9. Good time management & Stress management.
10. Malaysian only.

Allowance : RM700.00 per month
