1. Edit short-form videos (Facebook & Instagram Reels, Rednote Videos) optimized for each platform.
2. Add subtitles, transitions, effects, and sound to make videos engaging.
3. Assist in brainstorming video concepts, scripts, and storyboards for campaigns.
4. Suggest trendy ideas and formats to stay relevant to social media trends
5. Work with the social media team to ensure videos are delivered on time.
6. Ensure all videos follow brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.
7. Track video performance and provide basic reports on engagement metrics.
8. Suggest improvements based on audience feedback and performance data.
9. Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align on campaign goals.
10. Participate in content planning meetings and contribute creative ideas.
11. Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.

Job Requirements

 Requirements

1. Possess at least a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing, or equivalent. 
2. Fluent in speaking and writing English and Mandarin.
3. Active on personal social media account is preferable.
4. Possess good visual and video editing skills.
5. Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Comfortable working independently with little direction under tight deadlines.
8. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar.
9. Have an outgoing personality.
10. Aggressive, result-driven.
11. Good time management & stress management.
12. Resourceful, meeting deadlines, ability to work independently & good team player.
13. Must be age 18 and above and Malaysian citizen.

Allowance : RM700.00 per month
