<li>Edit short-form videos (Facebook &amp; Instagram Reels, Rednote Videos) optimized for each platform.</li>
<li>Add subtitles, transitions, effects, and sound to make videos engaging.</li>
<li>Assist in brainstorming video concepts, scripts, and storyboards for campaigns.</li>
<li>Suggest trendy ideas and formats to stay relevant to social media trends</li>
<li>Work with the social media team to ensure videos are delivered on time.</li>
<li>Ensure all videos follow brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.</li>
<li>Track video performance and provide basic reports on engagement metrics.</li>
<li>Suggest improvements based on audience feedback and performance data.</li>
<li>Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align on campaign goals.</li>
<li>Participate in content planning meetings and contribute creative ideas.</li>
<li>Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.</li>
