Job Description

  1. Create and design festive postcards and greeting cards for customers, ensuring alignment with the company’s branding and customer preferences.
  2. Assist in daily content creation for our Email Direct Mailers (EDMs).
  3. Design visually appealing presentation slides for internal and external sales presentations.
  4. Develop and maintain a Google Site to provide corporate clients with up-to-date information on our products and services.
  5. Liaise with printing companies to arrange logo printing on gift boxes.
  6. Handle quotation requests and align with printing vendors for customer-specific packaging requirements.
  7. Assist with product sampling and tasting for new gift boxes.
  8. Coordinate photo-taking sessions for product presentation slides and promotional materials.
  9. Check data accuracy in sales orders and invoices.
  10. Maintain and update customer and order records in our CRM system.
  11. Ensure all delivery details are communicated clearly to customers and the sales team.
  12. Assist in planning, coordinating, and participating in company events, programs, and projects.
  13. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and company goals.
  14. Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.

Job Requirements

 

Requirements

  1. Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience with Google Sites is a plus.

  4. Good time management, resourceful, and able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
  5. Willingness to handle ad hoc tasks and work overtime if required.
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Final semester students preferred.
  8. Must be age 18 and above and Malaysian citizen.

Allowance : RM700.00 per month
