- Ensure a pleasant customer experience.
- Set and maintain standards for all product preparations according to company requirements.
- Train and lead the team to effectively communicate product uniqueness to customers.
- Oversee outlet cash handling procedures.
- Set and enforce practices for relevant health and safety standards, as well as equipment usage and maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness standards for the outlet.
- Manage outlet inventory and stock.
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the outlet.
- Conduct training and provide guidance to subordinates.
- Assist in creating seasonal beverages.
- Oversee the overall performance of the outlet.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- At least 2 years of working experience as Barista.
- Able to communicate in English.
- 6 working days per week (shift rotation).
- Salary based on experience.
- Overtime (OT) and shift work required.
- Ability to work proactively and independently.
- Strong communication skills.
- School leavers and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be age 18 and above and Malaysian citizen.
- Professional barista training will be provided.
- Training and Statutory will be provided (EPF, SOCSO).
- Overtime pay (when required to OT).
