Job Description 

1. Create and maintain a retail culture focused on the customer, enhance the buying experience plus build relationships that lead to long term business growth; demonstrate detailed knowledge of all products services.
2. Ensure the outlet operates at optimal inventory stock levels and is responsible for ensuring all stocks sold in the outlet are fresh and follow the product shelf-life order.
3. Responsible for achieving sales goals.
4. Must able to handle a group of sales associates.
5. Positively affect profitability in the areas of customer service, sales, inventory/ expense control risk management.
6. Responsible for effective implementation of all visual merchandising standards operational direction.
7. Ensure that standards are being followed including floor sets, cleanliness, marketing, signage sales promotion.
8. Create merchandise presentations as well as displays that have impact, are customer focused maximize sales.
9. Ensure each customer is welcomed into the store in a warm genuinely sincere manner.
10. Ensure the appropriate quality time is spent with the customer, asking questions in order to learn about his/her needs, preferences lifestyle.
11. Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

Job Requirements

Requirements

1. Posses customer service and communication skills.
2. At least 5 years of working experience in retail outlet or related field.
3. Good in maintain Inventory, Store, Organized, Independent person.
4. Able to communicate in English, Malay, and Mandarin;  to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
5. Smoking or Vaping is prohibited to uphold our brand and promote a healthy lifestyle.
6. 5 working days per week; 9 hours (2 rest days on weekdays).
7. Training will be provided.
8. Malaysian only.

Salary range : Basic Salary + Commissions + Allowances + OT + EPF + SOCSO
