<li>Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.</li>
<li>Assist in monitoring compliance with safety procedures and internal rules and regulations.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation, cooking, packing, and washing tasks for Slim Joy products.&nbsp;</li>
