- Checking data accuracy in orders request and invoices are accurate.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales order request record.
- To coordinate order delivery with relevant departments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Make sure the customer and sales know relevant details on delivery.
- Compile, track, analyze and summaries sales reports for Sales Manager/ HOD.
- Assist in preparing presentation slides for Sales Manager for Internal/ External presentation.
- Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.

- Good time management & Stress management.
- Willing to standby all the time for adhoc stuff.
- Well versed in English, Malay and proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Resourceful, meet deadlines, ability to work independently & good team-player.
- Able to work Overtime if required.
- Knowledge in Canva.
- Malaysian only.
Salary : RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
