<li>Maintain and update customer records and sales order request record.</li>
<li>To coordinate order delivery with relevant departments to ensure timely deliveries.</li>
<li>Make sure the customer and sales know relevant details on delivery.</li>
<li>Compile, track, analyze and summaries sales reports for Sales Manager/ HOD.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing presentation slides for Sales Manager for Internal/ External presentation.</li>
<li>Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.</li>
