Job Description

  1. Checking data accuracy in orders request and invoices are accurate.
  2. Maintain and update customer records and sales order request record.
  3. To coordinate order delivery with relevant departments to ensure timely deliveries.
  4. Make sure the customer and sales know relevant details on delivery.
  5. Compile, track, analyze and summaries sales reports for Sales Manager/ HOD.
  6. Assist in preparing presentation slides for Sales Manager for Internal/ External presentation.
  7. Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.


Job Requirements

Requirements

  1. Good time management & Stress management.
  2. Willing to standby all the time for adhoc stuff.
  3. Well versed in English, Malay and proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  4. Resourceful, meet deadlines, ability to work independently & good team-player.
  5. Able to work Overtime if required.
  6. Knowledge in Canva.
  7. Malaysian only.

Salary : RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
