Job Description

Our goals - Your path

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and implementation of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Implement Salesforce solutions for custom applications, process automation, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other third-party systems and platforms using APIs and other integration tools.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements of existing Salesforce solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for custom solutions and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations, custom development, and integrations.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively suggest improvements.

Your expertise - Our strength

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools such as REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or other middleware solutions.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security and performance optimization best practices.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ or Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools for Salesforce, such as Salesforce DX, Jenkins, or Copado.

Certifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required)
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (preferred)
  • Salesforce Certified App Builder (preferred)
  • Mulesoft Certified Developer Level 1 (preferred)

Soft skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Structured, organized, and effective approach to managing workload.
  • Strong ability to convey technical concepts in a business-friendly manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive to learn about innovative technologies and emerging trends.
