About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant SAP OTC RSC in Kuala Lumpur.

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for driving SAP OTC initiatives across the APAC region, translating business needs into solutions aligned with Sika’s SAP global template, and supporting projects, change requests, and operational activities.

You will work closely with regional business stakeholders, the central SAP OTC team, and the SAP RSC APAC team to ensure standardization, integration, and successful delivery of SAP OTC solutions.
 

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Operate cross-functionally in the APAC region on SAP OTC initiatives and translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions aligned with Sika’s global template.
  • Support operations in incident and problem management, application changes, enhancements, and debugging of implemented solutions.
  • Collaborate with regional process teams and central SAP teams to define, document, and govern solutions in the relevant process areas.
  • Plan and manage SAP OTC change requests and projects, including solution design, build, testing, data migration, and cutover activities.
  • Stay informed about the SAP roadmap and related non-SAP applications and apply best practices and latest technologies to template improvements.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, business studies, or equivalent experience.
  • Solid background in SAP OTC or a related functional SAP area with strong cross-functional understanding.
  • Experience in SAP project delivery, change request management, and operational support.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills in complex international environments.
  • Ability to work with distributed teams and explain complex topics in a clear and practical way.
  • Fluent English: additional languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel depending on business needs.
