What you'll learn:    

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve reported issues in a timely manner.
• Respond to customer queries and resolve support tickets, ensuring a positive experience.
• Implement fixes, enhancements, and performance improvements.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions to improve application stability.
• Participate in the deployment and post-deployment support of applications.

Job Requirements

 What you'll need: 

• Possess or current pursuing bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge in development frameworks such as JSP, Java Spring, Spring Boot, Vue.js
• Basic knowledge in programming languages such as Java, JSP, Jquery, Java-Servlet, HTML, CSS, and SQL
• Basic knowledge in databases such as Oracle, Postgresql, Nosql
• Self-Driven with strong analytical skills
• Strong aptitude and capability in learning
• Duration of minimum 3 months
