Job Description

This is a full-time onsite role for Account Executive. This role requires a strategic mindset to drive revenue growth, ensure client satisfaction, and support the implementation of Silverlake’s banking and digital transformation solutions. The Account Executive will work closely with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and product development, to deliver high-quality services tailored to client needs.

Job Description: 

  1. Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding focus and needs and anticipating them in advance.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs, concerns and expectations.
  3. Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  4. Coordinate internal (sales, technical, and customer support) and external resources (partners) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  5. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
  6. Manage the entire sales cycle from opportunity, proposals writing, prepare quotations, presentation of offerings to customer, prepare costing and pricing strategy, contract negotiation and renewal, work with project management team and/or vendors on delivery of products and services/projects, follow up on customer payments, and ensuring support teams are delivering proper after sales support.
  7. Track and report on account performance, client feedback, and market trends.

  1. Diploma or Degree in IT related, Business Administration, Marketing, or any other related field.
  2. Between 2 to 6 years of sales, business development, or account management experience. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. Training will be provided. 
  3. Good English proficiency in both oral and writing. 
  4. Possess basic Mathematic skills and ability to analyze data and generate reports for client insights.
  5. Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills. 
  6. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  7. Aptitude to learn about IT industry and various IT solutions and systems.
  8. Knowledge of financial software, banking systems, or digital transformation solutions.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
  10. Ability to work independently and in a team.
  11. Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
