Customer support and merchant support

• Escalate emails & WhatsApp messages from users of DEBI platform, within the agreed turnaround time.
• Provide good customer service in assisting users to address their concerns and problems.
• Assist to escalate any issues raised by DEBI’s partner merchants (pharmacies, retailers, healthcare providers) regarding with transaction or processing.

Logistics & planning of DEBI events

• Assist in the communication & planning of fitness events by liaising with instructors.
• Liaise with partners to coordinate wellness events.

Content management

• Write short articles to be publish in DEBI app.
• Schedule & create banners relating to merchant offers or important events.
• Create & post bi-weekly content for corporate DEBI groupchats.

Administration and report management

• Handle the user-on-boarding and administration of users’ accounts.

Job Requirements

• Qualifications: Degree in Communications, Business or related fields.
• Good proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Technology literacy and ability to learn new software.
• Basic designing or creative skills in platforms like Canva is preferred.
• Basic proficiency of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint is preferred.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and manage tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willing to work in the office for the duration of the internship.
