Job Description

What you will do:

• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to support multiple business units within the organization.
• Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
• Coordinate and execute various company events and activities.
• Participate in recruitment efforts and represent the organization at career fairs.
• Manage the application of training grants and handle claims-related matters from HRDC.
• Conduct post-training evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires and contribute to induction coordination.
• Support the scheduling of exit interviews.
• Prepare HR-related reports, including training reports and leave reports, as needed.
• Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as deemed necessary.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong team player.
• Curious and passionate about HR job function.
• Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• High sense of discipline and confidentiality.
