Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized intern to support our Claims, Ticketing, and Leave Administration functions. This internship offers valuable exposure to administrative operations, claims processing, travel coordination, and employee leave management within a corporate environment.

What you will do:

  •  Sort and organize hardcopy timesheets according to business entities and maintaining accurate filling for related documents.
  •  Perform first-level claims verification by checking the completeness of supporting claim documents.
  •  Compile, organize, and archive softcopy timesheets and claims-related documents.
  •  Compile and update hotel information and travel reports on a daily basis along with maintaining and updating the corporate hotel database and contact listings.
  •  Assist in coordinating and following up on KYC screening for new corporate hotel credit facility applications.
  •  Assist in preparing Letters of Undertaking for corporate hotel bookings and Letters of Certification for travel insurance claims.
  •  Assist in verifying miscellaneous leave applications and supporting documentation.
  •  Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor from time to time to support daily HR and administrative operations.

Job Requirements

What You Will need:

  •  Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
  •  Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling documents and records.
  •  Good organizational and time management skills.
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  •  Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  •  Good communication and interpersonal skills..
