Why This Role Matters

To support IT Infrastructure and Security team with daily IT operations, documentation, reporting, and compliance activities.

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Assist in maintaining cloud infrastructure inventory, operational checklists, security records, and compliance documentation.
• Follow up with relevant teams on outstanding incidents, vulnerabilities, patching activities, and remediation actions, and update their status accordingly.
• Assist in preparing operational reports, tracking logs, audit evidence, and status updates for management review.
• Perform basic reviews of cloud monitoring dashboards and operational reports using read-only access, where permitted.
• Support the team in tracking cloud security findings, access reviews, configuration compliance, and scheduled maintenance activities.
• Assist in coordinating operational tasks and ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Job Requirements

What You’ll Bring 

• Currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Cloud Computing, IT Infrastructure, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity concepts, IT operations, and security compliance.
• Good documentation, coordination, communication, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn cloud operations, security monitoring, vulnerability management, and compliance processes.
• Responsible and organised, with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately and follow established procedures and access controls.
